2. Estimate Disclaimer

All estimates generated through our online tool are preliminary and non binding. Final pricing is subject to:

• Unforeseen site conditions or structural requirements
• Scope changes requested by the client

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of submission.

3. Use of the Estimator Tool

You agree to use our estimator tool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information in your estimate submission
• Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the pricing system
• Use the tool for any commercial purpose other than obtaining a legitimate renovation estimate
• Submit multiple fraudulent requests

Submission of an estimate request does not constitute a binding contract between you and BBurn Builders. A formal project agreement will be provided separately after an on-site consultation and final scope review. Work will only commence upon signing of a written contract and receipt of any required deposit.

By submitting your contact information through our estimator, you consent to receive communications from BBurn Builders via email or phone regarding your estimate and project. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
